Bird Box l – Self Portrait

A childhood photograph, two small vials in a window seat –one of blood and one of birdseed, with background motif of the human heart. Embedded in wax, skin like. Opening the case triggers an audio collage of music layered with text from a journal excerpt of how it feels to be encased in a body.
